Two Sei whales in São Miguel

How lucky were we today! The third biggest whale species in the world greeted us as two sei whales were spotted on the afternoon trip! Here’s the shots or team of marine biologists could take. We can see perfectly the characteristic vertical spray.

Today we also sighted the resident common dolphins and bottlenose dolphins, the seasonal Atlantic spotted dolphins and even some oceanic striped dolphins. What a day full of emotions and beautiful experiences.
