Lots of species in Pico island!

The two past days were very intense, with pretty unstable weather.

Fortunately, we could enjoy very good and interesting sightings, as a sperm whale interacting with Risso’s dolphins and also with some Pilot whales.

The beautiful striped dolphins always amazed us with their impressive jumps in numbers.

We also had our record of different species sighted in a single trip, and it was not less than 8, including a species of beaked whale that we, unfortunately, couldn’t identify with sureness due to the similarities of the species of this family.
