Today wind was blowing from the northeast, so we could feel a lower temperature than in the last weeks. Autumn is starting to show up.
Today we found two different species of dolphins throughout the day.
The morning started with a group of common dolphins that seemed small and spread out at the beginning but got bigger and more compact during the sighting.
After them we found some bottlenose dolphins showing different socializing behaviors.
In the afternoon the order of species changed. We started the trip with some individuals of bottlenose dolphins that were showing random movements and didn’t stay for long times on the surface.
That’s why we decided to move to a huge group of common dolphins that stayed with us for more than an hour, always navigating next to our boats, bowriding and socializing.
What an amazing opportunity to enjoy dolphins in the wild, with their natural behavior.
