We don’t miss the winter with this weather ;)

Today we
had some very successful tours, with sperm whales, common dolphins and Atlantic spotted dolphins
in the morning, including three female sperm whales, one which was accompanied
by her calf! This mother also fluked, showing off her lovely tail. In the
afternoon the sea was a little choppier however we still had an amazing
experience, as we saw a breaching species of baleen whale, most likely it was a Bryde’s whale!!! When we got a little closer we
saw that there were actually two individuals, with one swimming straight
towards the boat. It gave a great impression of just how big these animals are
– after all they are the third largest whale in the world!
