Autumn is a bit early, but we still got to see dolphins!

Autumn is coming! Today it was cloudy windy and wavy.

Nevertheless, this morning we were so fortunate to find a huge group of bottlenose dolphins, one of the resident species here in the Azores! At first they were quite spread out but little by little they started to approach the boat and bow-ride in front of our catamaran Cetus! Our crew spotted a lot of babies as well!

We continued our journey and moved to another area were our lookouts spotted a male sperm whale. We waited but at the end we weren’t able to sight it. Working in the nature and wild animals requires a lot of pacience and perseverance, sometimes it’s hard but for sure, everyday is an adventure full of surprises!

You never know what you can see next out in the sea!
