azwhalesToday in Pico Island we got to see our resident whale species the Sperm whale! They gave us an amazing show by jumping out of the water and showing the tail. The always amazing Atlantic spotted dolphins also showed us their jumps and we also got to see bottlenose dolphins at a distance.

In São Miguel Island we had a lot of jumps, but from the divers during the Red Bull Cliff Diving 2018! It is one impressive event made one kilometer away from Vila Franca do Campo Islet, and every year we can see these amazing athletes jumping to the ocean.

Whales and dolphins did make our day even better, the resident’s sperm whales were around and we had a special moment with a mother and calve and we got to see some common dolphins!
