Watching Sei whales and much more in the Azores

Today we had a day with Sei whales

In the morning they were very close
to our marina and from shore, traveling east. Luckily, we were able to find
them again in the afternoon many miles eastern than in the morning, it was easy
to work with these animals today, so we got a very good sighting.

In the morning common and bottlenose dolphins played with the boat and
in the afternoon, it was the turn of the Atlantic spotted dolphins presenting
us their beautiful baby dolphins!

Today we
had a day with several whales and dolphins in Pico Island.

We started
with a group of male sperm whales showing high tails, we saw spotted dolphins
always curious with the boat, and many Risso’s Dolphins with adults, juveniles and calves, and we finished the Sunday with two Sei whales.
