Today we started with a light wind as we sent to sea to try to locate some cetaceans (dolphins and whales). First we sighted a big pod of common dolphins with many juveniles and newborns. This group was feeding and some birds were taking advantage of the feast, so we had a good chance to look Cory’s shearwaters and, the always funny, common and roseate terns. Our whale watchers enjoyed watching the beautiful common dolphins from the boat, while our swimmers were able to observe them underwater. In the afternoon we encounter more common dolphins, two groups with different behaviour: one calm and one group full of energy, jumping and playing.
