In the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: white;\">case of the <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/bottlenose-dolphin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bottlenose dolphins<\/a>, feeding often takes place at depth so when&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: white;\">they are searching for food they spend the majority of their time going on&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: white;\">dives. This was the case this morning, but still we could enjoy seeing them&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: white;\">at the surface every time they came up between dives. In the case of the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: white;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/common-dolphin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">common dolphins<\/a>, most of the feeding happens at the surface so that we&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: white;\">sometimes get to see the action from our boats. That is what happened this&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: white;\">morning, as we could see some of the <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/search?q=needle+fish\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">needlefish<\/a>&nbsp;that the common dolphins&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: white;\">(and also <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/great-black-backed-gull-fact-sheet.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gulls<\/a>) were feeding on around our boat.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: &quot;helvetica neue&quot;
