In the morning we started with one of our favorite species, not one but two humpback whales at 300m from the coast. <\/span>

<\/span> After we saw two blue whales feeding and showing their pectoral fins at the same time and out of the blue, a sei whale appears. <\/span>The first sei whale<\/a> of the year! Welcome back! <\/span>

We ended the morning with a well-known group of <\/span>Rissos’s dolphins.<\/span>
\n
<\/span>
<\/span> In the afternoon was the trip of babies. We were able to see a blue whale<\/a> and her baby and in an area close by a fin whale also with a baby. <\/span>
\n
<\/span> When we started our way back to Ponta Delgada there was also time for a very small group of juveniles bottlenose dolphins.<\/span>
\n
<\/span>

<\/span> In Pico Island the day was amazing with calm sea. We encountered the biggest animals around the world! A Blue whale along with three Fin whales. The Blue whale blow almost reached 10 meters high! Majestic moment to see and to record.<\/span>
