\nIn Pico Island, we had a fantastic day at the sea with a lot of marine life! <\/span>
\nWe saw a total of five species. <\/span>
\nWe encountered Sei whales<\/a>, Sperm whales<\/a> and, one of the female Sperm whales with her calf. <\/span>
\n

\nWe also saw Common <\/a>and Risso\u2019s dolphins<\/a> very curious and, for the first time of the year in Pico Island, we encountered Spotted dolphins<\/a> very sociable, as they are!<\/span><\/p>\n

\nIn S\u00e3o Miguel Island, we had a foggy day: the \u2018neblinas de S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o\u2019 as we called here on the Island. Despite we didn\u2019t see any big whale we saw four different species of dolphins, including our three resident species (common, bottlenose<\/a> and Risso\u2019s) plus a group of striped dolphins.<\/span><\/div>\n
\nBig groups, with babies and very curious, we could call a \u2018many dolphins day\u2019. Much of them were mating!<\/span><\/div>\n
