\n7 cetacean species in one day. Unbelievable!!!<\/div>\n
\nWe would have been happy to see just sperm whales<\/a> today, but we ended up seeing 7 different species. Fin whales<\/a>, sei whales<\/a>, false killer whales<\/a>, striped dolphins<\/a>, common dolphins<\/a>, and bottlenose dolphins<\/a>, to add to our resident sperm whales<\/a>. It was the first time in 2 months that we sighted striped dolphins<\/a>, so that was a bonus for us. Another incredible bonus was a sperm whale breaching close to one of our boats. And if that wasn’t enough, to top it off we had a good sighting of a loggerhead turtle<\/a>. All in a day’s whale watching in the beautiful Azores.<\/div>\n
