We started off with a relatively small group of <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/common-dolphin.html\">common dolphins<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">They were not very social, and our lookout soon directed us to another resident species, the <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/sperm-whale.html\">sperm whale<\/a>. We had a small pod which consisted of adults and a couple of mother and calf pairs. We managed to see this one a little longer, and we even had enough time to see a third sperm whale!<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;We managed to identify the two sperm whales spotted today and the first sperm whale is called &#8220;small u&#8221; and the second is called &#8220;marble&#8221; whom belong to the same pod, the &#8220;red group&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">We have been seeing this pod since 2010.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">However, after it dove, we were able to see that this individual was the same individual that we saw the first time.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/whalewatchingazores.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/SAIDA-2.png\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em;
