During March we saw 8 different cetacean species:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/01\/blue-whale.html\">Blue whales<\/a> &#8211; <strong>Seen on 60% of the days we went out!!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/fin-whale.html\">Fin whales<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/minke-whale.html\">Minke whale<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Beaked whale<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/pilot-whale-spp.html\">Pilot whales<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/striped-dolphin.html\">Striped dolphins<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/bottlenose-dolphin.html\">Bottlenose dolphins<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/common-dolphin.html\">Common dolphins<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This month we had a record number of <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/01\/blue-whale.html\">blue whale<\/a> sightings! It&#8217;s great to see so many of these whales and other baleen whale species passing the Azores.
