<\/a>Today was another cetacean day. In the morning we started with a big group of common dolphins<\/a> and two logging<\/a> sperm whales<\/a> showing their graceful flukes as they went on a deep dive. We also had swimming with dolphins (both morning and afternoon) with common dolphins. It was magical as the dolphins surrounded the swimmers. In the afternoon we tried to find a sei whale<\/a> but unfortunately we didn’t manage to see it. We did see lots of dolphins and a nice view of the wonderful coast line on the return trip! <\/p>\n

\nSperm whale fluke. This is an individual called Piet. We first photographed this whale in S\u00e3o Miguel in 2008 and she has been resighted at least 4 times since then.<\/i><\/div>\n
