Our first fluke photograph in the morning was instantly recognisable as an individual we refer to as &#8220;Bear Paw&#8221;. We also instantly recognised a sperm whale we call &#8220;Orca&#8221;. This small adult female does not need to show its tail to be recognisable as she has a very distinct saddle patch in front of her dorsal fin. In afternoon we encountered a different group of sperm whales that we also recognise. One of them we know very well from the strange dorsal fin which is almost completely missing. We call this whale &#8220;Kima&#8221;. In the morning we also encountered <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/common-dolphin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">common dolphins<\/a>, while in the afternoon it was both common dolphins and <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/atlantic-spotted-dolphin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Atlantic spotted
