We saw 3 different cetacean species: our already friendly <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/bottlenose-dolphin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bottlenose dolphin<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/common-dolphin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">common dolphin<\/a> and the surprise of the day&#8230;<a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/humpback-whale.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">humpback whale<\/a>! The bottlenose dolphin were near Ponta Delgada and beautiful as usual. Our <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/vigias-onshore-lookouts.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lookouts<\/a> told us that they had spotted several blows in the area of Ribeira Quente, so of we went to investigate. When we arrived to the area something fantastic happened&#8230; we were greeted with a magical gift: wonderful jumps from a humpback whale. There were two whales. a mother with her baby. We saw at least 10 jumps so we got an amazing show. We also saw seabirds including the <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/glaucous-gull-fact-sheet.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">glaucous gull<\/a>. All tours are different and really amazing in their own way.
