We started with <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/striped-dolphin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">striped dolphins<\/a> jumping as usual and giving us a crazy dolphin show. We saw them far offshore, where we normally see this oceanic species. Closer to the shore we found a large group of <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/common-dolphin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">common dolphins<\/a>. And among them we saw a large <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/hammerhead-shark-fact-sheet.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hammerhead shark<\/a> swimming fast with its dorsal fin above water. It sure was an impressive sight. But the dolphins took of quickly and we found them again a bit further to the west with both <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/corys-shearwater-fact-sheet.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cory&#8217;s shearwaters<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/great-shearwater-fact-sheet_3172.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">great shearwaters<\/a>. We got to see a few <a href=\"http:\/\/azoreswhales.blogspot.pt\/2007\/07\/flying-fish-fact-sheet.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">flying fish<\/a> as well.
